Naruto Chapter 586: Izanami activates
With his body split in two, Itachi calls out Sasuke's name. Sasuke moves to attack, but Kabuto is able to counter or evade his every move and stabs Sasuke in the abdomen. Suddenly, Itachi's eyes change and crows attack Kabuto. Kabuto is able to evade an attack by Itachi, who suddenly appears whole again. Kabuto's horn is cut but is able to evade further damage, telling Itachi that he is able to predict every move. Itachi counters that Kabuto is already within his grasp and that their battle will be finished by the other forbidden technique by the Uchiha. Kabuto moves to attack again, when Itachi shouts Izanami and tells Sasuke to keep his distance. Kabuto announces that they should finish the battle and he steps forward, stepping on a crow's feather.. Itachi tells him that Kabuto's fate is in his grasp, but that Kabuto is the one who decides it, once again telling Kabuto that only those who forgive and acknowledge themselves can become truly strong. Kabuto attacks with the Orochimaru head, which Itachi captures with the Susa'ano, but Kabuto uses his connection with Orochimaru to extend his reach towards Itachi. He is able to severe Itachi's arm and grabs the sword and stabs Itachi with it. Suddenly, the crows appear again and the sword in Kabuto's hand transfers to Itachi's hand. Itachi slices at his direction and Kabuto's horn is once again cut off. Kabuto is surprised, realizing its the same horn that was cut earlier, thinking to himself that illusions shouldn't work on him anymore. Another drop of water falls on his shoulder and he steps on another piece of feather. He once again attacks and Itachi again shouts Izanami. He stabs Itachi, but the crows appear once again and the sword is taken from his grasp, and the same horn is once again cut. He sees three cut horns on the ground, and Itachi reminds him that he can't escape the loop. Itachi tells him that the jutsu that decides his fate is Izanami.
Bleach Chapter 492: Balancer's Justice
The Tres Bestias command the monster Allon to attack Kirge, but Allon looks at them. They tell it not to worry about their injured state and that it should fight. Only after getting the assurance that they were alright did Allon finally unleashed its power. The Tres Bestias explained that Allon is a monster created by fusing their left arms and that it shows no discrimination over who to attack, so they tell Ichigo to stay out of the way. Kirge sniffs at their efforts, telling them that the monster can't possibly defeat his Vollstandig, but finds himself swiped away by Allon. Meanwhile, Shino and Ryuunosuke are dispatched to their stations to prepare for the battle. On their way, Ryuunosuke wonders why the Shinigami and the Quincy are fighting. Their conversation is overheard by the 13th division 6th seat Kajoumaru Hidetomo, who comments that the curriculum at the academy have slimmed down, and tells the two about the difference between the Shinigami and Quincy ways of defeating Hollows. He reminds them that the Shinigami are actually called balancers, because they maintain the balance between the human world and Soul Society. He tells them that the Quincy sought to destroy the balance by obliterating the existence of the Hollows that could have just been purified to keep the balance of souls between the two worlds. Kajoumaru tells them that if souls aren't sent to Soul Society, they would pile up in the material world. Once the balance is destroyed, the human world will merge with Soul Society and both worlds will collapse. He tells them that the Quincy Annihilation Plan was set in motion because of the Quincy's refusal to stop their methods. Ryuunosuke asks if the Shinigami are on the side of justice. Kajoumaru tells them that if they were, their situation will be called Defense or Suppression, but is is instead called War. He tells them that wars happen because both sides are just. Allon continues its relentless attack on Kirge, with Inoue and Sado watching in shock. With Kirge driven to the ground, Appaci checks to see the extent of the damage, but suddenly found herself stabbed in the chest. Kirge calmly comments that the power to create Allon was not something that the Quincy were aware of and reminds himself to make a recommendation to the king about strengthening their blut. He rises from the ground and tells them that he must first expedite their demise.
One Piece Chapter 667: Cool Fight
Luffy is surprised to find out that Caesar had ordered the elimination of Brownbeard, and sets off to retrieve Nami in Franky's body. Franky in Choppers body decides to go with him, asking Chopper in Sanji's body for a rumble ball. Franky doesn't listen to Chopper's advice and takes the rumble ball immediately, causing him to transform and rampage after Luffy. Caesar orders for Franky's lasers to be removed when the Yeti Cool brothers deliver him, and tells his soldiers to let the Marines take refuge until he can enact his plans for them. Meanwhile, the Yeti Cool Brothers Rock and Scotch are using Nami in Franky's body as bait to lure the Straw Hat Pirates. Luffy, who is still being chased by Franky in Chopper's body, fall off the cliff overhead of the location where the Yeti Cool Brothers are holding Nami in Franky's body. Despite a trap of icy pin cushions, Luffy is able to find opportunities to attack the brothers, using Rayleigh's training to return an attack with double the force. Scotch shoots at the mountain to make an ice cap fall. Franky in Chopper's body continue to attack Luffy, angering the Yeti Cool Brothers who think they are being insulted. The Yeti Cool Brothers try to trap Luffy and Franky in Chopper's body to get crushed by the ice cap, but Franky is able to catch the ice cap easily and hurls it at the Yeti Cool Brothers before turning back to Luffy. Luffy punches Franky in Chopper's body in order to render him unconscious, and chases after Nami in Franky's body, who the Yeti Cool Brothers ran away with. The Yeti Cool Brothers are confident that they can lose Luffy in the snowy mountains, but are surprised when Trafalgar Law defeats them. Luffy arrives and Trafalgar tells him about an important key that can be found on the island. Recognizing Luffy as one who would never serve anyone, Trafalgar invites Luffy to ally with him in his plan to defeat one of the Four Emperors.
Katekyo Hitman Reborn! Chapter 385: Invitation
Tsuna, prompted by Reborn's words, decide to fight with his full power and without regard to the boss battle watch. Tsuna meets the Vindice head on, and uses the revolution of the Vindice's ability to move in the same direction to get the opportunity to make a direct hit. Blood is released from the funnel, which dissipates to reveal that Tsuna hit his mark, while keeping the boss battle watch intact. In the midst of their celebration, Reborn and Verde's pacifiers start to glow, responding to the arrival of Bermuda. Tsuna prepares to attack, but Bermuda tells him that he only came for Reborn. Bermuda asks Reborn to join him, clarifying that he only wants Reborn instead of allying with his team. Reborn refuses, which doesn't surprise Bermuda, who offers to tell him the truth so that he can't refuse. Bermuda creates a warp hole and sucks Reborn in. Tsuna, in an attempt to catch Reborn, is also sucked in the warp hole, and ends up in a place filled with skeleton with pacifiers on their necks. Reborn appears and tells him that he allowed himself to get sucked in to find out about the truth that Bermuda spoke of. He shines a light on a surface to show writings on a wall, which appears to indicate the truth about the Arcobaleno.
Fairy Tail Chapter 283: Natsu vs. Gemma
Natsu challenges the Sabertooth guild master Gemma. Sting, Rogue and the rest of the guild are shocked to find out that Natsu is challenging their guild master in behalf of Yukino. Gemma commands one of his guild members Dobengal to find Natsu, stating that Natsu will have to prove that he's worthy of fighting Gemma. Natsu easily defeats Dobengal, shocking everyone with his strength and prompting Gemma to finally agreeing to fight with Natsu. Gemma easily forces back Natsu's attack, but Natsu is able to respond and solidly punches the guild master in the gut. Natsu follows up with continuous punches, finishing with the Raienryuu no Gekitetsu. When the dust settles, it is revealed that Gemma is unharmed, protected by Minerva's shield. Minerva casually states that even if she didn't interfere, her father would still win, but she needs to ensure that Gemma's reputation remains intact, which would be affected if he accidentally killed Natsu. She challenges Natsu to fight her instead or to just walk away, holding Happy hostage. Natsu decides to walk away, taking Happy with him. Gemma comments that Natsu has some backbone in him. Natsu announces that they will settle everthing in the Dai-Matou Enbou. He also tells them that Fairy Tail won't lose and that Sabertooth won't be able to surpass them. His final words were to tell them that if they were actually a guild, then they should take care of their nakama. As Natsu walks away, Rogue thinks about his words about nakama, which he believes does not exist in Sabertooth. Sting quivers in anticipation after finding out that Natsu is that strong.
History's Strongest Disciple Kenichi Chapter 473: Life Within Death
Kenichi can't believe his own eyes, as they all watch Hongo fall to the ground after a devastating attack by Jenazad. Jenazad turns his attention towards Sakaki, who responds by telling Jenazad not to get ahead of himself. Jenazad is shocked as he turns to find himself face to face with Hongo, realizing that Hongo has taken his territory, leaving him no space to escape. As Jenazad wonders if Hongo waited for the one moment he put his guard down when he declared victory, Sakaki wonders if Hongo will use the God Hand Inyou Kyoukuha Nukite. Jenazad realizes that he will have to take one of the strikes since he has no way of escaping. Jenazad analyzes that the attack is actually only possible on one hand, with the other providing a feint. As Sakaki watches wide-eyed, Jenazad surmises that Hongo will use his injured hand as the attacking hand and attacks Hongo squarely. Jenazad's followers celebrate his victory, declaring him to be stronger than Hongo. Sakaki agrees that Jenazad is stronger, telling Kenichi that Jenazad is stronger than Sakaki. Jenazad turns his attention towards Sakaki, with everyone on the ground feeling the effects of his bloodlust. Then Kenichi realizes that there's something different or not right as he looks at Sakaki. Kenichi realizes that Sakaki's aura has not changed in response to Jenazad's bloodlust.
The World God Only Knows Chapter 188: It's All Right
As they walk home together, Chihiro asks if it's fine for them to leave. Katsuragi replies that there is really nothing they can do. Chihiro realizes that it's morning as she waits for Katsuragi to retrieve her guitar from his place. As Chihiro leaves, Katsuragi thanks her for her help in bringing out Mercury from within Ayumi. Chihiro in turn thanks and apologizes Katsuragi, because she herself had to be protected from Vintage. Meanwhile, Diana and Mercury rescue the other goddesses and they all work together to revive Apollo. The members of the Runaway Spirit Squad attack the rock on the sea. Lune suddenly stops in the middle of her fight with Haqua, commenting that the wind may have changed and leaves after declaring that she has a good feeling about Haqua. Meanwhile, Nikaido waits for Elsie, who is still pretending to be Kanon, to arrive at an airport. Nikaido tells Elsie that everything should be alright and that she shouldn't be late for the band's performance. As she watches Nikaido leave, Elsie realizes that Nikaido knew who she was even if she was still in the Kanon disguise. Chihiro asks Katsuragi why he went on a date with her, asking if there was something inside of her as well. Katsuragi replies that there wasn't, and Chihiro expresses her relief that she isn't involved and tells Katsuragi that she doesn't have to talk to him after that. Katsuragi tells her that he will watch the live performance. Chihiro promises to put on a good show, then leaves. The goddesses surround the rock out on the sea, causing it to crumble. Meanwhile, the band battles are about to take place and Ayumi, Elsie and Yui still haven't shown up. Chihiro waves it away and says that they're going to be late, deciding to just perform while waiting for the others. As Chihiro clutches the pick, Katsuragi remembers his matching piece. The three members suddenly arrive in time for the performance, with Ayumi and Yui looking the worse for the wear. Chihiro tells them welcome back.
