Naruto Chapter 585: So That I Can Be Myself
Kabuto explains his journey in adding other people's essences into himself, further pointing out that Itachi's achievements make him suitable for Kabuto's Edo Tensei. Itachi tells Kabuto that he is underestimating his achievements and that the clan means nothing, which Kabuto, who remembers being alone, refutes. Kabuto prepares to attack. Sasuke asks if Itachi is able to use Izanami again, but Itachi answers that he needs time to prepare something. Kabuto conjures the Sakon-Souma no Jutsu and Jirobou-Doton, Doroku Gaeshi, telling them that Orochimaru taught him that in order to know oneself, one must gather all of the information in the world. He then releases a web with threads that can't be easily cut. The Uchiha brothers use the Amaterasu, and found that Kabuto also blocked their rear. Using Susa'ano, each brother takes a side. Using the powers of the fallen shinobi that he and Orochimaru captured through the years, Kabuto continue his barrage of attacks, using a sound village technique to bind both brothers in place. Kabuto tells them that he will use Orochimaru to capture them, when Itachi reminds him that he can't be Orochimaru and that he is only imitating his former master. Kabuto answers that it's only natural to start imitating others at the start, much like how Sasuke tried imitating Itachi when he was younger. Itachi clarifies that it's only to do something in order to grow, not to actually imitate someone as if wearing a costume and that those who do not acknowledge themselves will fail. Kabuto meets his words with incredulity, stating that he can't fail. Itachi asks Sasuke to look at his eyes, with Sasuke immediately understanding what his brother wanted him to do. With the combined Genjutsu-Sharingan and Tsukuyomi, the brothers are able to escape from the bond. Itachi then announces that he will start Izanami and that Kabuto has failed. As Sasuke asks if Izanami is done, Kabuto attacks and slices Itachi in half, stating that he only wanted to know himself and that nobody can stand in his way.
Bleach Chapter 491: Todon Engel
As Inoue and Sado move Nel and the Tres Bestias to safety, Inoue silently thinks how she is unable to detect any reiatsu from Kirge. Kirge asks Ichigo if he can feel his power, and suddenly appears behind a surprised Ichigo. Ichigo remembers Urahara instructing him regarding the Quincy Letzt Stil, reminding him that using the Sanrei Shoutou (which was the glove in Ishida's case) is a shackle to the Quincy's power, which when removed unleashes their maximum and last power, the Letzt Stil. Ichigo wonders if Kirge is also using his last remaining power, and as if reading his mind, Kirge answers that the Letzt Stil that Ichigo knows about is a relic of the past. Ichigo tells him that he is relieved that it's different from Ishida's power and with a clearer head, is able to counter with Getsuga Tenshou. As the dust clears, Kirge tells him that his attack was no good, reminding Ichigo that he should aim before attacking and tells Ichigo that he has no weak points. Kirge also tells him that Ichigo's assessment that he looks eerie is correct, and that the Quincy should look horrifying and eerie in their role as executioners of the shinigami. Kirge is able to peel off the Santen Kesshun, which Inoue used to protect herself, Sado, Nel and the injured Tres Bestias. Inoue then realizes that Kirge is absorbing their surroundings, making her realize that he is absorbing anything with reiatsu in order to unleash his Vollstandig power, the Biskiel. But before he can unleash it, Kirge is attacked from behind by a monstrous looking form. The Tres Bestias are shown to be conscious once again and tells Kirge that they can still fight, willing the monster Allon to defeat Kirge.
One Piece Chapter 666: Yeti Cool Brothers
The Yeti Cool Brothers report the defeat of Zoro, Sanji in Nami's body and Brooke. Caesar, Mone and Trafalgar receive news regarding the deaths of the three members of the Straw Hat Pirates. Mone comments that she expected that they would put up more of a fight, asking Trafalgar to comment since he has already encountered them at Shabody and Marinefold. Caesar is surprised at the connection and asked if Trafalgar was the one who called them. Trafalgar insists that he only learned of their presence when he met them at the entrance of the facility, commenting that Caesar has been lax with security and that he himself can't afford for the government to find out about the events in Punk Hazard. Caesar remembers when Trafalgar first appeared on the island, intending to stay there to look for Vegapunk's research. Trafalgar had asked him not to tell Joker about his presence on the island, revealing that he already knew about Caesar's connections. Caesar agreed to his stay, and Mone suggests that he heal the immobilized patients on the island with his ability, revealing that he was the one who turned them into centaurs. Trafalgar asks about the children, and Caesar tells him that they have to come home in order to get their dose of the addictive candy. Trafalgar leaves and Caesar comments that people who think too much are trouble. Meanwhile, explosions rock the area where Chopper and Nami watch over the kids. Luffy and the others decide to return to their location. Brownbeard wakes up and tells them that the explosions are probably caused by the Yeti Cool Brothers, Locke and Scotch, rejoicing that the Straw Hat Pirates are probably on the brothers' list.. One of the brothers, Scotch, suddenly appears and tells Brownbeard that he is also on their list. Brownbeard finds it hard to believe out of his loyalty to Caesar, but is shot by Scotch. Luffy arrives and the Yeti Cool Brothers shoot at him. Luffy is able to evade and tries to attack, but finds the brothers gone. Chopper comes out and tells them that the brothers took Nami, who they think is Franky. It is revealed that the brothers were also tasked to retrieve Franky alive because he is equipped with Dr. Vegapunk's laser technology, which he installed during the two year training period. Meanwhile, Trafalgar dispatches with Caesar's guards who tried to tell him where the Marines are, telling them that he can go anywhere he likes.
Katekyo Hitman Reborn! Chapter 384: The Ones Who Watch a Fight
Mukuro and Chrome combine their powers to create a stronger Genjuu Mugaia, which the Vindice were futile to defend against. Bermuda comments that the man is interesting. His companion Jager agrees that Mukuro is indeed interesting, but Bermuda answers that he was referring to Reborn, who is able to turn Chrome into a soldier with his words. He also notes that Reborn was able to do the same thing for Tsuna during the fight with Daemon Spade. Bermuda also wonders about Reborn's real stance in the representative battle. Mukuro and Chrome uses up all of their powers for the illusion, but Mukuro declares that the game is over. One of the Vindice try to use a powerful attack, but Tsuna blocks it with the Mitena Vongole Primo to protect Mukuro and Chrome. Tsuna's attack is not at full force, because he is still protecting his boss battle watch, while the Vindice member is full of conviction since he is only wearing a battler watch. Reborn rallies Tsuna, telling him to just fight using his Dying Will and not think about the boss battle watch. Tsuna argues that the curse will not be broken for Reborn if his watch is destroyed, but Reborn argues back that it's better than having Tsuna lose in a pathetic manner. He tells Tsuna that he wasn't planning to join the representative battle until he saw Tsuna's 0 test, which caused him to resolve to make Tsuna stronger. He tells Tsuna that he won't acknowledge him if loses, which prompts Tsuna to become more determined. Bermuda's interest is even more peaked, and he tells Jager that he wants to talk to Reborn.
Fairy Tail Chapter 282: 10 Keys and 2 Keys
Yukino reveals that she came to talk to Lucy. She gives Lucy the keys of the Paired Fish and Heavenly Scales, revealing that she originally intended to give them to Lucy after the games had ended. She tells them that she was actually just a stand-in for Minerva, who was in the middle of a job in the Sabertooth team. Yukino also tells them that while the keys are her precious possessions, she wants to entrust them to Lucy, who she acknowledges as a strong celestial mage. Lucy is hesitant, and Yukino tells her that added to Lucy's ten golden keys, she will be able to complete the twelve golden keys of the Zodiac. The completion of the twelve golden keys are said to be part of a legend about opening the gateways that can change the world. Yukino tells Lucy that in the past years, the number of stellar spirit mages have dropped, revealing that she believes that they were the only two left. Lucy tells her that she can't accept the keys, because the Zodiacs associated with the keys might not want to transfer their bonds to another owner. Yukino concedes, but tells Lucy that the twelve keys will be naturally reunited when the time comes. Some time after, Lucy, Wendy and Charle discuss the events, while Natsu and Happy chase after Yukino to apologize about being suspicious towards her because of her former affiliations with Sabertooth. Yukino cries at the kind treatment, and she reveals about her removal from the guild. Natsu is angered at the idea of a guild that can make its nakama cry. Gray comes across Erza, whose mind is filled with Millianna's words of hatred towards Jellal. Erza asks about Gray's time with Leon and Juvia, with Erza confirming that Gray knows about Juvia's feelings for him. Gray notices that Erza has something in her mind, but she walks away. Arcadia is elated at the knowledge that with Lucy's ten keys and Yukino's two keys, the twelve keys are complete and will ensure the activation of Eclipse. He shouts Zeref's name. Meanwhile, the members of Sabertooth are woken up by the sounds of attack, and they discover Natsu in a rampage to find their guild master to make him answer for Yukino's treatment. Gemma appears, and Natsu tells him that if he kicked out a member because of one loss, then Gemma will have to leave Sabertooth as well when Natsu defeats him.
History's Strongest Disciple Kenichi Chapter 472: Dimensions Apart
Jenazad is elated when his mask fell off, revealing a confident visage. After seeing the young face of their leader, Jenazad's followers fall to their feet to bow. Lona comments that they are witnessing the hold Jenazad has over the people of Tidat Kingdom. Sakaki comments that if Jenazad is the Demon God, then Hongo is the true Fist God. Hongo continues his attacks, nearly landing a fatal attack that Jenazad is able to block. Jenazad unleashes a series of thrusts that injure Hongo. The two engage in battle again, with Jenazad breaking Hongo's fingers this time. Menang tells the others that the difference in abilities between Hongo and Jenazad are dimensions apart. Jenazad and Hongo continue to fight, with Jenazad commenting that while it's true that the fingers of karate users can't be easily broken, their interiors are surprisingly brittle. He then proceeds to break Hongo's arm, but Hongo uses the motion to place Jenazad within his reach for an attack, but is suddenly kicked in the face by Jenazad. Jenazad counters every one of Hongo's attacks, countering that their histories as warriors are too far apart.
The World God Only Knows Chapter 187: Wedding Bells
Nora wonders how much time they have until they are discovered, while the Vintage close in on their search. As Ayumi considers Katsuragi's invitation, she is pushed towards Katsuragi and hears Chihiro's voice commenting that it's fine already. Ayumi tells Katsuragi that she's not interested in finding out and tells him that she'll be fine with a wedding ceremony. Katsuragi comments that it's the wrong line to say, but is helpless as Ayumi drags him up the ship. The two continue to exchange banter, with Ayumi declaring that she trusts Katsuragi's feelings in the end. Katsuragi further declares that she is going about the conquest the wrong way, but Ayumi shouts that only she gets to decide her own feelings. She declares that she is in love with Katsuragi, which Chihiro also realizing that she came to the same conclusion before. Ayumi tells Katsuragi that if he understands her feelings, then he should marry her. Ayumi kisses Katsuragi and wedding bells ring. Mercury reveals herself, but is unconscious. The Vintage appear overhead, heading straights toward them. Diana appear, thanking Katsuragi and flying Mercury out of harm's way. Diana flies towards the rock out at sea, with Katsuragi watching in shock and commenting how Diana's wings have finally grown. The Vintage were about to make a move to follow, when Akari appears, declaring that they can't move forward and that the Runaway Spirit Squad will be their opponents. Akari reveals herself to be Rimyuel, thanking Katsuragi for his help and telling him that they will rescue the other girls. As Rimyuel and the other squad members fly off, Chihiro asks if it's over. Katsuragi tells her that her part is done, recounting what happened to Ayumi and Mercury. Chihiro comments that she couldn't see them. She tells Katsuragi that she's going home, because she still has a live performance to attend.
