Fairy Tail Chapter 281: Malice is Concealed by the Curtain of Night
The 2nd day ends with the Fairy Tail teams gaining points and the Quattro Cerberus renamed as Quattro Puppy. Jellal and Erza surmise why he has yet to feel the strong magical power that he felt in the previous years. Jellal decides to investigate the organizers the following day. Once they are done talking, they walk away from each other, with Jellal thinking that he is thankful that he is able to talk to Erza normally. While Erza heads back to the group, a hooded girl asks her if she is strong, then reveals herself to be a grown Millianna. The two reunite and Erza learns that Millianna has become a part of Mermaid Heel, while Sho and Wally continue their travels. Meanwhile, the Sabertooth guild master Gemma reprimands his guild members, specifically Sting and Yukino, for not crushing their enemies. Yukino is commanded to strip in front of everyone in the guild and told to erase her guild stamp. Yukino agrees with tears in her eyes, thanking Gemma for her brief stint with the guild, and is harshly commanded to leave. Sting and Rogue discuss the events, with Rogue expressing discontent at the situation, stating that Yukino was their comrade. Sting tells him that Yukino is expelled because she is weak, and that her absence has made room for another strong woman to join their team to finally complete "the strongest five". Rogue assures Frosch that he won't be removed from the guild for his weakness because Rogue is with Frosch. Natsu, Lucy, Wendy, Happy and Charle walk back to their lodgings after a meal, discussing how Gray is kept busy by Leon and Erza has gone off on her own. As they arrive at the lodging, they find Yukino waiting for them. Erza and Millianna catch up, and they discuss about Kagura and her oath to only draw her sword to kill Jellal. Erza can only stay silent as Millianna expresses her own hatred for Jellal.
