Naruto Chapter 567: The Jinchuuriki of Konoha
Sasuke arrives on the battlefield, while Suigetsu and Jugo travel to Orochimaru's hideout to find clues on where Sasuke and Karin are, clueless about the recent events. Meanwhile, Naruto is surprised by the arrival of Kakashi and Gai, who try to assess the situation on the battlefield, while the five tailed beast rampage towards them. They notice that the five tailed beast tried to attack Tobi, revealing that the masked man didn't quite have full control on the beast yet. Naruto, Bee and Ko hear the voice of the five tailed beast, making Ko angry at how it was treated. The Kyubi derides the sympathy they feel, stating that the shinobi have always treated the tailed beasts poorly, with the exception of Ko's relationship with Bee. Ko tries to convince the Kyubi to fight with them, but the latter chooses to pretend to be asleep. Naruto feels the effect of the tailed beasts talking to each other directly, but Kakashi rouses him to be alert because of the incoming attack. As the rest of the former Jinchuuriki, who are all manifesting their respective tailed beasts' powers, rush towards Naruto and the others, Kakashi and Gai try to determine which one of the enemy forces will use Pain's powers. Kakashi and Gai engage some of the Jinchuuriki, while three head towards Naruto, Bee and Ko. Kakashi realizes that the Jinchuuriki they're engaged with are not using any of Pain's powers, which means that Tobi has focused his concentration on the Jinchuuriki being in their tailed beast forms. Tobi shows that he is still ahead of them, as he overwhelms Naruto's group with one powerful attack after another, courtesy of the Jinchuuriki and their respective tailed beasts. Naruto decides to use his shadow clones and try to attack Tobi directly, but Bee warns him that he can't use the Kyubi's chakra anymore. Ko tells Bee that Naruto should have already reached a critical condition, which means that the Kyubi has stopped absorbing Naruto's powers. Ko asks the Kyubi what happened between him and Naruto, with the Kyubi remembering Naruto's words about removing his hate and saying that having a tailed beast wasn't so bad. Suddenly, one of the tailed beasts makes its attack, causing Naruto to fly towards its mouth. Before he can be swallowed, he suddenly received a surge of the Kyubi's power and keeps the enemy tailed beast's mouth from closing. The Kyubi opens its eyes.
Bleach Chapter 477: The Lost 2
As the Shinigami walk away from the fight, a large force erupted behind them. Ichigo clashes with Ginjo in his hollow form. Even in the advanced form, Ginjo suffers a blow from Ichigo, causing for his sword to break and for him to fall to his knees on the ground. He tries to stand up, but falls back to the ground, with Ichigo looking down on him. Ginjo silently asks what would have happened if Ichigo became a shinigami representative first. He asks if Ichigo would have turned out like him. Suddenly, Tsukishima appears behind Ichigo. Before Ichigo can even respond, Rukia blocks Tsukishima's path to Ichigo and her chest lights up. Unable to stop his attack, Tsukishima's sword pierces Riruka, who had exited from Rukia's body. Tsukishima is shocked, and Riruka berates him that he didn't use his special sword, but one that actually kills. Tsukishima, driven with rage, shouts for her to get out of the way and draws out the sword, rushing towards Ginjo, shouting for him not to die. Riruka tells him to stop, saying that while Ginjo saved the Xcution members, the person who actually saved Ginjo was Ichigo. Tsukishima remembers his past, when Ginjo, still a shinigami representative, asked him if he was alone, marking the first day of their lives together.
One Piece Chapter 650: The Two Changes You Need to Know About
King Neptune tells Robin about the three ancient powers that can destroy the world, which are named Pluton, Uranus and Poseidon, the last of which is Princess Shirahoshi's other persona. As the king and Robin discuss how catastrophic it would be for those who desire power to know about Shirahoshi, they are unaware of a person eavesdropping on their conversation. At the party, Jinbei decides to reprise Luffy of the world's current events. As they looked for a place to talk, they found the rest of the Straw Hat pirates either recuperating or resting from the festivities, and they join in on telling Luffy about the state of the world. They reveal to him that after the war two years ago, Sengoku stepped down as admiral, prompting a fight for the position between Aokiji and Akainu. Jinbei tells Luffy how the power struggle between the two men led to a fight on an island, with the victor claiming the role of the leader of the Marines. Akainu became victor, which prompted Aokiji to leave the marines, which in turn prompted the world government to give the marines full power to fill the void Aokiji left behind. So, Jinbei tells them that there are two powers that they have to contend with, the marines and the Blackbeard pirates, which have quickly taken over the territories left behind by Whitebeard. It is revealed that Blackbeard has already been called one of the four emperors. But Luffy is already back to eating, with the Straw Hat pirates assuring Jinbei that they heard the news for him. Then Luffy asks Zoro and Sanji if they sense a wild animal in the castle, which they confirm. They investigate, finding Shirahoshi being detained by the figure who eavesdropped on the king and Robin's conversation. After kicking away the figure, they find out that a thief has taken all of the palace's treasure, which the king is not too concerned about, considering everything that has happened. Nami asks if he would mind if they take it from the thieves, which the king says is the Straw Hat pirates' to keep as a reward. Nami dispatches Luffy, Zoro and Sanji to bring back the thief. Suddenly, there's a report about Hody in the dungeons. It is revealed that Hody and his commanders have grown old, which appears to be the effect of the energy steroids stolen from Ragyuu palace. King Neptune tells them that the pills were locked away because they were cursed, with rumors stating that those who take them will either be strong or old. The Minister of the Left receives word that there is no more candy because the factory is broken, with the remaining already served at the party. The Minister of the Left worries that their protector, one of the Four Emperors, Big Mom, can destroy a city because of candy.
Katekyo Hitman Reborn Chapter 366: The Second Day of Battle Begins!!!
Tsuna and Byakuran fly above Yuni's mansion, waiting for the attack from Verde's team that is led by Mukuro. There's 24 minutes and 30 seconds left in the battle timer. Tsuna wonders how Byakuran could help Yuni when he was so bloodthirsty in the future, thinking about how he never really understood Byakuran's feelings. Byakuran tells him that Yuni once said that he and Tsuna were the same, useless in times of peace, but shines in time of conflict. He tells Tsuna that he is currently at the state Tsuna was in when they first fought, giving his all to protect Yuni. They suddenly realize that the surrounding telephone poles are multiplying, even if they didn't feel any mist flames, meaning that the illusion is done using Verde's machine. They search for potential hiding places for the illusionist, since creating illusions can be stressful. Flan sends out missiles toward the joint Reborn and Yuni teams. Byakuran tells Tsuna not to attack the missiles because the force could destroy his boss watch. They realize that the barrage of attacks has less impact than they thought, which could be a ploy to distract them while their watches are targeted. In the course of the attacks, Zakuro's watch is destroyed by Mukuro pretending to be Kikyou. Tsuna engages Mukuro, but the latter shakes him with a well placed question. The battle further escalates, with the mansion housing Reborn and Yuni, right in the midst of it. Reborn wonders which two teams will be defeated that day. Meanwhile, someone has all of the battlers in his scope, making it possible to destroy all of their battler watches in one stroke. Colonello has everyone is his sights, and he just received permission to release his curse for the battle.
Hunter X Hunter Chapter 329: Spy
The three anti-chairman faction leaders, Teradain, Lupe and Bushidora, give a joint press release, revealing that they have joined forces. They are enjoining other Hunters to join their cause and vote Teradain as the next Chairman of the Hunter Association. They also announce that they are hunting down hunters who have committed vile crimes, enjoining the hunters to help them find these hunters. Meanwhile, the election is about to take place, with the top 8 vying for the role of Chairman. Hisoka, after killing the overzealous hunters looking for him and Illumi, was able to get a map of the flight plan of the airships. He offers to send the map, which he intends to edit beforehand, but Illumi already got one. Meanwhile, Tsubone keeps track of the airship carrying Killua and Aluka, taking note of how she seems to be followed from afar. She and Amane follow in the air, as Killua uses the clouds as cover. Bushidora decides to enter the field after learning that some of their forces can't be communicated with anymore. Meanwhile, the political machinations to maneuver the elections in the candidates' favors is in full effect. Hisoka continues to kill the forces sent to stop Illumi. Killua finalizes his plan on getting Aluka into the hospital. The next election takes place, but was unable to meet the required percentage of voters. Lupe reports to Teradain that their forces have been annihilated, including Bushidora. Killua and Aluka land at the designated landing spot, with a tinted car driven by a butler waiting for them. As they leave, their path is blocked by two figures who turn out to be needle men. Killua gives the order to run them down, but their driver turns out to be a needle man as well. More needle men surround the car.
Fairy Tail Chapter 263: Crime Sorciere
The
Dai-Matou Enbu is near and all of the guilds are gearing up to obtain
the top prize, to be named the number one guild in Fiore. In Lamia
Scale, guild master Ooba Babasaama tasks Leon and Jura to help get their
guild out of second place and replace Sabertooth in the first place.
In Blue Pegasus, they discuss how Jura's participation in Dai-Matou Enbu
will hurt their chances to become the top magic guild. In the
Sabertooth headquarters, Sting expresses interest in joining the
Dai-Matou Enbu after finding out that Natsu might be joining, but Rogue
is disinterested. The Raven Tail guild look forward to passing
judgement on Fairy Tail and Makarov. At the beach, Natsu, Lucy, Gray,
Erza, Wendy, Juvia and Luvia are in a state of despair at the three
months they lost while in the celestial spirit world. Erza is the only
one who gets fired up to dedicate herself to five days of hellish
training to make up for lost time. A pigeon lands on Erza's head with a
message for all of them to go to the suspension bridge. They arrive to
find the damaged bridge, but with no one in sight. Suddenly the bridge
is fixed, leading to the cliff on the other side of the ravine. Once
they cross the bridge, they are met by hooded figures who thank them for
coming. The hooded figures reveal themselves to be Jellal, Ultear and
Meredy. It is revealed that Erza found out about Jellal's jailbreak
from Arsack and Bisca. Ultear and Meredy reveal that they were the ones
who broke him out of jail. The Fairy Tail guild members are suspicious
of their motives, but Ultear tells them that she's trying to save those
that she encountered in her life. Erza confirms that Jellal's memories
have all returned. Jellal, Ultear and Meredy created the independent
guild Crime Sorciere, which is known for destroying many dark guilds in
the past years. They tell the Fairy Tail guild members that they are
trying to erase the evil brought on by Zeref and other dark guilds in
order to prevent the creation of more dark mages like themselves. Since
they are not a part of the federation because of their individual
backgrounds, they can't be anywhere near the Dai-Matou Enbu and ask
Fairy Tail for a favor. Jellal claims to feel strange and evil magical
presence that reminds him of Zeref. He asks them to find out what the
source of the presence was, in order to determine if they can use it to
track Zeref down. Erza agrees, and Ultear gives them a gift in exchange
for their help. She uses her improved time arc magic and raise the
level of their abilities. She will unlock their second origin, a
dormant source of unused power, but warns them that they will feel
pain. As the others celebrate, Erza observes Jellal as something seems
to be bothering her.
History's Strongest Disciple Kenichi Chapter 457: Common Front
Sakaki and Hongo join forces to find Jenazad and stop the conflict at Nuchald's fortress. Batouan and Lona find it encouraging that they are able to ally themselves with masters from both Ryozanpaku and Yami. Jenazad is untroubled by the involvement of one of the One Shadow Nine Fists, stating that he only needs to shake the world with Silat. Kenichi finds Miu in a room, where she is attacking Nuchald. Before she can kill Nuchald, Kenichi shouts for her to stop. Jenazad punches through the wall from the other side to kill Nuchald himself and commands Miu to kill Kenichi. Kenichi, unbelieving that Miu would attack him with all her might, is unable to fight back immediately. He calls out to Miu, trying to remind her who he is, but Jenazad tells him that Bulu's heart is already lost to darkness. To both Kenichi and Jenazad's surprise, Miu says his name but continues to attack him. Jenazad realizes that Kenichi has managed to plant himself deeply in Miu's heart, deciding that killing him would really turn her completely to Bulu.
The World God Only Knows Chapter 170: Holes
Katsuragi hurries away from the library, reminding Shiori not to bring out her goddess. She tries to call out to him, but was unable to say anything as he left. He goes to the theater, wondering if the property the school was built on is related to the goddesses. As he thought about the connection of the theater, which is the oldest building on the property, and the army of runaway spirit squad he encountered underneath it, he realizes that no one is allowed in the theater. He realizes that the theater is being used as a rehearsal space for Kanon, and decides to make a ruckus to call Elsie's attention. Elsie, in Kanon's form, finds Katsuragi being dragged away and takes him inside with her in the theater. Elsie, under Katsuragi's instructions, clears out the room, and they check the room where the hole leading to the tunnels underground is. Katsuragi removes the floor planks but find that the hole has been covered up. He asks Kanon to use her robe and take her to the seaside park, where he finds that the hole at the artificial beach has been covered up as well. He asks Elsie to fly them over to a rock in the middle of the sea, asking her to make them invisible. As they circle around the rock formation, Katsuragi notices the water being sucked in at one portion and he asks Elsie to follow the water's path. They resurface in an underwater cave and a glow appears at the end of the cave, getting stronger by the second. They edge towards it and find a chamber with both weiss and Vintage. There is also a strange pillar in the middle of the room.
