Naruto Chapter 557: Jokey Boy
The members of the Shinobi army watch as the former Mizukage escape the sealing technique. A figure is formed from the oil and water technique of the Mizukage, and is prone to exploding and reforming depending on the temperature. They find the real body of the Mizukage and Gaara attempts to seal him. As the seals are set in place around the weakened Mizukage, the oil and water figure removes the seal, releasing the former Mizukage. With his head appearing on top of the broken pyramid seal, he refuses requests to tell the Shinobi army how he can be defeated as he had done before, stating that they should defeat him with their own power. The oil and water figure finished expanding and exploded in vapor gas form. After the explosion, the Shinobi army realizes that they were saved by a wall of sand, courtesy of Gaara. Gaara continues to fight, defending and using sand clones in anticipation of the figure's attacks. Before the oil and water figure could explode again, Gaara covers it with sand. The sand melted away to reveal the figure turned to gold. The former Mizukage praises Gaara for his ingenuity and called him a golden egg.
Bleach Chapter 466: Screaming Invader
Renji easily defeats Jackie, showing the effects of his training the last 17 months. Renji wonders how they can leave the chat room, and Jackie tells him that it might be because she's still alive. The chat room suddenly starts to disappear, revealing that Yukio intends to make them disappear as well now that it is determined that Jackie can't defeat Renji. Renji refuses to kill Jackie and he tells her that they will leave by force. Jackie feels remorse that she was never saved by people like Renji and died after an explosion. Yukio watches the scene from a control room, when Hatsugaya finally finds him. Yukio displays his ability as the creator of the chat room, claiming that he is god in that world. Yukio creates figures out of the walls and the floors to chase down Hatsugaya, who sees through his emotional insecurities. Yukio brags, not realizing that Hatsugaya is behind him and destroys his controller, putting him in the same danger from the creatures he created.
Katekyo Hitman Reborn! Chapter 355: Yuni, Gamma and Byakuran
The Arcobaleno of the Sky, Yuni, appears. She and Gamma are emotional at seeing each other, despite the fact that it's really the first time they met in the current timeline. Gamma tries to attack Byakuran, in response to the images he saw of the future, but Yuni stops the conflict by welcoming Byakuran. It is revealed that the former boss Aria predicted the representative battle and then decided to give Yuni the chance to have the curse removed and have her life extended as a result. Gamma is angered at the idea of Byakuran representing Yuni, but is intrigued at the idea of meeting Tsuna and Reborn. Meanwhile, Tsuna and Reborn discuss the upcoming representative battle, and arrive at a hotel to meet Dino. It is revealed that other representatives for the Arcobaleno are also billeted in the hotel. Belphegor suddenly appears and takes Tsuna forcibly to Xanxus. Tsuna confirms that Marmon's representative is the Varia. Xanxus reveals his plan to wipe out Tsuna at the representative battle. But a mysterious man falls from the ceiling, claiming to be the planner of the "Representative Battle of the Rainbow". He tells them that his name is Tsonomichi and that he was there to tell them about the details of the battle.
Hunter X Hunter Chapter 318: Testament
The gungi battle continues, with Meryem and Komugi playing as intently and talking to each other. Meryem is still unable to defeat Komugi in gungi. Feeling sleepy he tells Komugi that he will just rest and asks if she can hold his hand while he sleeps. She tells him that she will stay by his side until he wakes up. He thanks her and she thanks him in return. He asks her to call him by his name. She does so and bids him good night. Meryem dies in Komugi's arms. She tells him that she will join him soon. Millions dies and the nations of East Goruto and the NGL are decided to be governed in the future by an international peacekeeping organization. Five million refugees were assigned a district, which would be governed by the Hunter Association. Netero leaves a final message assigning the next head of the Hunter Association, which will be determined by an election. 95% of the organization has to vote, and the details of the voting process to be determined by Zodiac. Netero tells them that the difficulty level of the election will be D. Hunters and monsters appear outside the Hunter Association headquarters to convene.
Fairy Tail Chapter 252: To My Shitty Brats, Full of Pride
In the midst of their celebration, the members of Fairy Tail feel the dread at the coming of Acnologia. They hear the Acnologia's cry, with Wendy confirming that it's the sound of a dragon. Gildarts seem to recognize the source of the sound. Acnologia lands in front of the members of the Fairy Tail guild and starts to wreak havoc. They try to find a way to communicate with the dragon, but on the Grimoire Heart ship, Zeref explains that the dragon considers humans as pests and will not acknowledge their words. Zeref comments that the current age will end as well and bids Natsu farewell. Makarov commands his guild members to escape to the ship and attacks Acnologia head on. The Fairy Tail guild members watch as continue to get injured and some try to help him, but he shouts at them if they want to defy their master's final orders. Natsu, raring to fight the dragon, is dragged away by Laxus. Natsu, angered by Laxus starts to turn on him, but realizes that Laxus is shaking with emotion. The Fairy Tail guild members finally decide to run, with Makarov wondering at the tears in their eyes.
History's Strongest Disciple Kenichi Chapter 446: Miu's Fury
Hongo attacks Kenichi unconsciously after detecting Jenazad's killing intent, throwing the disciple off the roof. Sakaki, also unconscious, realizes the danger his disciple is in. Kenichi is caught by the elder, saving him. But Miu is already lost in her rage, attacking Hongo with killing intent. Hongo, reacting to the killing intent, moves to attack, but suddenly saw a vision of Sho and stops. He gets hit by Miu, who regains her senses. Miu notices Jenazad, knowing what he did to provoke Hongo. She attacks Jenazad, who has been observing her as a potential disciple. The elder senses Miu's rage as he carries Kenichi to safety. Jenazad attacks her with the amnesia fist, and carries Miu away. He is stopped by Hongo, who is angered for being used. Sakaki and Hongo face him, but even when his curiosity is piqued, Jenazad decides to escape with Miu in tow.
The World God Only Knows Chapter 159: Aqua Lung
The goddesses try to call Apollo out of her coma, only using their power for a short time to avoid detection by the enemy. Katsuragi reaches out to touch her cheek and calls Kanon's name. When his hand touches her, Katsuragi suddenly sees the room being filled with water. It would appear that he is the only one who notices the phenomenon and the water envelopes him completely, and he sinks deeper into Kanon's consciousness. He finds himself in a strange place and he is met by Apollo. Apollo asks him to tell the other goddesses not to try waking her, because she is praying for the town to divine its future. She tells him that she is using the bell to purify the town of misfortune, although she knows that she can only change the flow of events a little. Katsuragi advises her to not rely on luck and just choose the course of action that will lead to the best ending. He tells her he believes in her, but instead calls her Kanon, who has taken over her body again. She tells her that with Katsuragi's help, they will manage and that she will pray with Apollo. Katsuragi returns to his world, with the others still not noticing what happened to him and discussing Apollo's lack of response. He realizes that his cold is gone.
