January only means one thing for a couch potato... it's the start of the next phase of the 2012-2013 TV season.
I've compiled the relevant dates for my TV series picks, including both series premieres and returns, from the 2013 winter season. This only includes the premiere and return dates for January and February, so you can expect March and April schedules when I create a post for my spring picks.
As per usual, most of the shows listed below are returning titles from my 2012 fall TV viewing list, with the exception of The X Factor US, The Voice, Dexter and Homeland, which have all concluded their latest seasons last December. Partners was my first TV viewing list casualty, after getting the axe from CBS. And we say farewell to Leverage and Merlin, which aired their respective series finales.
Again, the dates below are the US premiere schedule, so local TV fans
from the Philippines will have to add plus one to day and date. Those
marked with * are series premieres.
