Naruto Chapter 599: Uchiha Obito
Many years ago, Obito rushed to attend the first day of Ninja Academy. There, he had an immediate dislike of Kakashi, who huffed at his lateness, and happily conversed with Rin regarding their acceptance. They eventually participated in the Chuunin exam, where the three were assembled in one team. He arrived last for the battle portion, with his mouth filled with a candy given by an old lady. When their team was pitted against another, Obito decided to use the Katon no Jutsu but ended up choking on the candy he was eating and subsequently kicked by Gai. Rin tended to his wounds and he proudly showed his family crest to her. Obito trained hard until the individual battles, which is the third stage of the Chuunin exam. He was pitted against Gai, who once again defeated him. When Kakashi's fight took place, Obito noticed that Rin's face lit up while watching their teammate, causing him to feel sad. Kakashi would eventually become a Chuunin first, with Obito eventually earning the vest later. One day, he decided to give Rin flowers, but was unable to give it to her when she arrived. Others joined them and he was informed that they were meeting to get Kakashi a present for his promotion as a Jounin. Later, he would eventually give his eye to Kakashi at the mission that supposedly led to his death. Naruto's hit causes Tobi's mask to eventually break. And as the mask falls, Kakashi, Naruto and Gai stares in shock as Tobi is revealed to be none other than Obito.
Bleach Chapter 505: The Fire
Yamamoto silently tells Sasakibe that he can now mourn for him and bids his vice captain farewell, as he watches Driscoll burn to ash. Hisagi tries to find something to say, but Yamamoto tells him not to dwell on the event and that he will not let any of the enemies live, stating that he will slay them all with his own hands. Yamamoto walks past Hisagi and lets out a fiery explosion felt by all of the division captains. Others wonder about the explosion and some of the captains explain to their men that Yamamoto is pissed and is letting his powers loose. The surge of power encourages the captains, who in turn rally the shinigamis under their command. The Stern Ritter are surprised at the renewed confidence and courage in their enemies. Meanwhile, Kenpachi has been defeated by the Quincy leader, who scoffs at his strength, stating that he overestimated the strength of the shinigami. The Quincy leader states that it's time to end their fight and put Soul Society to sleep. Yamamoto arrives, shrouded in fire, behind him. Yamamoto tells the Quincy leader that it's been a thousand years, revealing his name to be Yuhabaha. Yamamoto tells Yuhabaha that he will rip the life out of him.
One Piece Chapter 679: The G-5 Spirit
Caesar celebrates the result of his experiment, stating that there is no more surface on Punk Hazard that is not covered in the poison gas of Shi-No-Kuni. He then realizes that he can't see the frozen forms of the G-5 Marines, nor can he confirm the deaths of Luffy and Trafalgar in the cage. Vergo surmises that Luffy, Trafalgar and the others must have escaped, since the G-5 Marines are incapable of coming up with an escape plan. One of Caesar's men arrive to confirm Vergo's theory, revealing that the Straw Hat Pirates are trying to escape from the inside tunnel. Chopper takes the opportunity to escape, studying the paper he received with instructions. As he studies how the drugs are made, he doesn't realize that Mone has noticed his movements. Since his men are engaged in a different building, Caesar decides to close the passage between buildings A and B, then destroy the outer wall to let Shi-No-Kuni in the part of the facility where the Straw Hat Pirates are. Caesar's soldier tries to point out that it would also trap their own men, but Caesar ignores him and tells him to set up the surveillance den den mushi so they can continue their presentation to the underground brokers. Vergo points out that only the small fry will fall for such a trap and volunteers to defeat the enemy. Meanwhile, Luffy continues to make his way through the enemies in building A. Luffy is able to cross the passage between buildings A and B when an alarm starts to sound. Trafalgar tells Smoker to command his men to move to the inner building. The G-5 Marines try to block the way of Zoro, Usopp, Nami, Brook, Kinemon and Brownbeard. Tashigi arrives in their midst and commands the G-5 Marines to move to the inner building instead of fighting the Straw Hat Pirates. The G-5 Marines follow her commands and the Straw Hat Pirates, now joined by Robin, try to make it past the barrier, which is closing. Caesar's centaur men wonder why Brownbeard is fighting on the side of the enemy. Meanwhile, the command for a canon to fire at the building A's wall is given and the canon creates a hole on the wall, letting Shi-No-Kuni in. Some men are caught in the poison gas and everyone makes a mad rush towards the closing barrier. Some of the G-5 Marines make it in time, followed by the Straw Hat Pirates, Kinemon and Brownbeard. Tashigi is suddenly thrown past the barrier and lands on the safe side. Tashigi quickly gets up and asks them to stop the barrier since there are still Marines outside. The others tell her it's too late and as the barriers close, they hear some of the Marines shouting that they did a good job for getting their captain to safety. Tashigi sees some of the Marines already frozen by the poison gas, holding their thumbs up for the good work they did.
Katekyo Hitman Reborn! Chapter 399: Predicament
After Jager's show of strength, Bermuda asks the Vongola team if they still want more people to die after seeing the different in power. Mammon expresses concern for Xanxus, who shouts not to worry about him. Verde angrily comments that Jager doesn't care about the battle watches, but is instead focused on killing. Bermuda points out that that there is no rule stating that they can't kill someone to stop someone from fighting. Reborn silently tells Tsuna that things are going horribly. Meanwhile, Tsuna confirms to Fon and the others that his eyesight is slightly returning. Fon tells him that they have a minute left in the battle and that they should use it up, since they are engaged in a life or death battle. Small Gia suddenly speaks up stating that they wouldn't want to rush to their deaths after all, since they wouldn't be of any help at a battle where Bermuda and Jager are working together. Tsuna notices that Small Gia and Big Pio's breathing is becoming uneven. Jager prepares to attack the Vongola team again. Mukuro notes that they all have to fight together, since Jager is unwilling to fight them one on one. Mukuro also notes that their main problem is that Jager is using his incredible short warp speed to strike at their blind spots behind them. Just as Jager is about to attack Byakuran, Mukuro uses Verde's equipment to create steel barriers behind himself, Byakuran, Dino and Xanxus. Jager simply comments that it's worthless and strikes with his hand through the barrier, impaling Byakuran. Yuni, Iemitsu, Colonello, Skull and Lal Mirch appear from under a camouflage, with Yuni screaming for Byakuran and Iemitsu noting that Jager warped his hand through the barrier. Byakuran casually notes that his injury is bad, then turns to Xanxus and tells him that it's time, indicating that Jager is behind him. Xanxus tells him that he did well and shoots, but Jager warps in front of him and cuts off his legs. Both Xanxus and Byakuran fall to the ground. Reborn comments that they will not be able to hold out until Tsuna's arrival and moves to release his cursed state to fight. Verde reminds him that Reborn is only supposed to do that when Tsuna arrives and proceeds to release his own curse before Reborn did. Reborn tells Verde that he doesn't fight, thus making it useless for him to grow bigger, but Verde points out that his flames will grow and his reach will expand, enabling him to operate more complex machinery and enhancing the effects of his invention. Verde reveals his original form and commands Spanner to fire a Mosca into the battlefield. Verde enters the green Mosca, intending to operate it from the inside. Jager declares that he will smash the Mosca, calling it a toy, and uses his short warp speed to get closer. Using the Mosca's sensors, Verde is able to send out succeeding attacks at Jager overhead, causing a great explosion.
Fairy Tail Chapter 297: The Face of the Girl I Saw Back Then
The stadium erupts to applaud Natsu's victory over Sabertooth's twin dragons, Sting and Rogue, with the fourth day of the Dai-Matou Enbu ending with Fairy Tail taking the lead in the overall scores. It is announced that there will be a one day break before the last day of the festival will take place, where everyone will participate in a survival match in the final battle. With the results of the match, the other guilds turn their attention to Fairy Tail. Audience members sitting near Gemma recognizes that Sabertooth guild master and flee from him. Natsu looks down at the fallen forms of Sting and Rogue, then smiles and tells them that they should fight again. While still on the ground, Rogue wonders how much he overestimated his own power if Gajeel had the same power as Natsu. Meanwhile, Gajeel is finally able to overturn the freight cart and get off the tracks, muttering revenge on Natsu. He realizes that he is deep under the arena and his attention is caught by the sight of a large dragon graveyard. Jellal continues to follow the person with the same magic power as Zeref. Yukino's thoughts are on the recent battle and a soldier tries to sympathize with her regarding the defeat of her former comrades. Yukino tells him that she no longer has any attachments to Sabertooth and comments that she isn't used to being called sergeant. The soldier tells her that she is ranked as sergeant because of her participation in the Eclipse plan, which Yukino looks forward to participating in, especially since Arcadios was the one who invited her to join. Yukino comments that Arcadios is a clumsy man and that no one is even aware that he is trying to save the world. Charle once again receives the premonition of the castle collapsing. Levi and the others arrive to visit Lucy and they realize that Gajeel has yet to return. In the future, Levi writes a letter addressed to Lucy, reminding her of how happy they were that day, unknowing that on July 7th, all of them would lose to fate. Levi cries as she writes about the people who died, pleading for someone to help. Jellal catches up to the hooded figure, telling the person that he will show his face if the person would do the same. He notices the person's leg, realizing that the person is a woman. The woman turns to face him and Jellal is shocked.
History's Strongest Disciple Kenichi Chapter 488: The Duel
Ukita and Shiratori duel in front of Kisara, along with Kenichi and Miu who are watching to support Ukita. Unfortunately, Ukita is overwhelmed by Shiratori's strength and falls to the ground after a strong kick. As Kenichi checks on Ukita, he remembers the words of Shiba about the people who are with and those without. Miu comments that if Shiratori is that strong, then he could have taken on the position of one of the fists. Kisara tells her that Shiratori isn't interested in strength and Shiratori further explains that his aim is for Kisara to become strong, while he gives all his support to her in the process. Shiratori declares his victory over Ukita, when suddenly a man appears in front of the group. Kenichi recognizes the man's killing intent and sees the gun in his hand. Meanwhile, Rimi continues her training with Ogata, avoiding the rocks that he throws by following his killing intent. She reaches the top of the waterfall, asking Ogata if she really is a genius. Ogata assures her that at the rate of her growth, she will eventually defeat Miu easily. Ogata asks why Rimi is wearing a school swimsuit and she replies that she thought he might like it. Ogata pushes her off the waterfall and upon re-surfacing realizes that her breasts are exposed. They end their training for the day with a meal, with Ogata assuring Rimi that he didn't see anything. Rimi tells him that she is reserving the first look of her naked body for Ryuuto, making Ogata recount how Ryuuto received his own training in the very mountain they're in. Ogata recounts how Ryuuto was able to successfully unleash his ki of 'Dou', reminding Rimi about Miu's sudden increase in strength during their battle. Ogata comments that Jenazad might have unlocked Miu's potential, prompting Rimi to ask that she be trained to unleash her own capability as well. Ogata reminds her of the risks, but Rimi demands to learn, making Ogata comment that Rimi is the most honest and easiest to teach amongst his students. Ogata tells Rimi that if she lets the Dou consume her, there will be a great price to pay. The man points his gun at Kenichi and the others, telling them that he only needs to take one of them alive to lure Shiba. Suddenly, Kenichi feels an even greater killing intent behind him and realizes that it's coming from Miu. Miu immediately attacks the man and Kenichi stops her. When Miu asks why, he tells her that he could read her movements, which would have led to the man's death. The man continues with his plan, prompting Kisara to move forward to try to disarm him. Kisara realizes that she could end up hurt but decides to push through with her plan. Ukita suddenly appears and forces the man away from Kisara. The man points his gun on Ukita's back while still caught in the grapple and pushes towards the railing. He tells the man that he will protect Kisara and pushes the man without losing his grip, causing both of them to fall off the railing.
The World God Only Knows Chapter 200: New Order
Keima finds himself at the starting point of the conquest and he remembers the name of the girl. He silently thinks about how the name Dokurou is the same name of Chief Skull, who Elsie reported to. Keima notices that there are two stripes left on the orb, realizing that the lines mean the number of tries that he has left, causing him to wonder what will happen when he runs out of lines. Tenri's mother appears like she did the first two times, but this time a young girl calls out to tell her that her husband is looking for her. Keima recognizes Tenri and tries to hide, but realizes that he's in his child form. As the two parents bid each other farewell, they also force Keima and Tenri to say goodbye to each other. While Keima thinks about how the incident is a sudden new development, Tenri leaves without saying anything. Keima and his mother enter the house, where Keima is forced to take a bath and wait for his mother to fall asleep again. He immediately orders Elsie to take him to Akanemaru. While on the way, Keima silently expresses his frustration about having to watch someone jump every single time. They arrive to see Dokurou already on the mast. Keima orders Elsie to become invisible. Dokurou jumps and Keima propels himself at her, shouting that enough is enough. They hit the ship's rails. Keima confronts Dokurou, asking how many times he has to save her before she's satisfied. Keima shows her the orb, pointing out that she also has one in her possession. Keima tells her that the orb is a connection between the two of them and that if she dies, he dies as well. Keima is desperate, knowing that there's not enough time to help Dokurou get over her despair and that he needs to find a way to postpone her wish to die. Dokurou asks how Keima knows her and he replies that he just does. Dokurou tells him that when she realized that she was there, everything was pitch black and that the darkness is drawing her in. Keima realizes that Dokurou is regressing in age again and scrambles to find something to fill the emptiness in her heart. Keima grabs her and kisses her, causing Dokurou to focus on him. Keima tells Dokurou that if she doesn't know, then he will decide for her. He gives her an order not to die on her own and that he will do something about her despair. Dokurou returns to normal and Keima wonders if he is able to progress with his actions. The orb lies on their side and the lines turn into two triangles.
