Naruto  Chapter 591: Risk
Itachi bids his brother farewell and Sasuke watches him die again as the Edo Tensei is finally dispelled.  Sasuka stares upwards as Itachi's body falls to the ground and Kabuto continues to be frozen by Izanami.  As Sasuke tries to find the words, those who are under the influence of the Edo Tensei are starting to lose their forms.  The Tsuchikage surmises the situation as he and the other Kages watch Madara emit a pillar of light and the Edo Tensei dust flutters more violently around him.  Despite the disbelief of the other Kages, the Tsuchikage claims whoever dispelled the jutsu is a hero that saved many lives in the war.  Dan feels that he is able to control his own movements and asks Chouza to release him.  Chouza concedes and tells him to go to Tsunade before he completely disappears.  Dan uses Reika no Jutsu to leave his body and he flies off in spirit form, thanking Chouza on the way.  Madara decides to attack one last time before he leaves his body.  Tsunade tries to counter, but the Hyakugou no Jutsu finally runs out.  Tsunade falls from the loss of energy and Madara moves to strike, with the other Kages too far away to do anything.  Much to everyone's surprise, including Tsunade's, she is able to evade the attack.  She hears a voice and realizes that Dan saved her.  Dan bids her goodbye, telling her that he will wait for her on the other side, but that Tsunade shouldn't hurry.  Dan tells her that it was worth it being used by the Edo Tensei after all, fading away with a smile after kissing Tsunade on the forehead.  Tsunade's forehead mark returned and the Kages comment that she renewed her chakra from another source.  The Kages report that Madara is holding on to his chakra, instead of disappearing with the end of the Edo Tensei.  Madara tells them that there has always been a risk to Edo Tensei, which is that if the one called using the jutsu actually knows how it is performed, he or she can break the covenant of the jutsu.  The implication of his words hit the Kage, realizing that Madara is now immortal, has limitless chakra and no longer controlled by the summoner.  He tells them that they should warn the summoner that forbidden techniques should be used with caution, and he prepares to unleash another attack.
