Naruto Chapter 552: To Be a Hokage...!!
Nagato bids Naruto goodbye as he was being sealed. Kabuto is angered at Nagato's defeat, and decides to use his trump card. Itachi tells Naruto and Killer Bee that he will take care of Kabuto's Edo Tensei, while they can deal with Madara. Naruto tries to perform the Kagebunsin, but realizes that he has used up too much chakra while he was in the nine tails mode. Naruto tells Itachi that he will end everything himself, since that was the role he gave himself. Itachi warns him that he can't take on all the burden by himself, which would undo the trust of the village people that he had earned so far, and risking that he end up like Madara. Itachi told Naruto not to forget about his friends, which caused Naruto to remember Iruka's words not to shoulder everything by himself. The crow returns to Itachi, since the Koto Amatsukami has already been used, and won't activate for Sasuke anymore. Itachi bids Bee to watch Naruto's back, and leaves. Naruto and Bee set out once again. Meanwhile, the Shinobi Army continue to fight the former Kages that are resurrected with Edo Tensei. The Tsuchikage is attacked from behind, and Gaara watch as something or someone arrives from behind the Tsuchikage's attacker.
Bleach Chapter 461: Come Around Our Turn
Ichigo releases his attack, the now real Getsuga Tensho, towards Ginjo. The attack damages the mansion behind Ginjo. Ichigo tells him that he missed, and that he won't miss again. Ginjo tries to run away to retreat and regroup, but Ichigo quickly catches him. Ginjo is easily thrown, and he realizes that Ichigo's base power was increased by the fullbring powers he developed previously. As he continues to fly in the air, Ichigo attacks again, and Ginjo is finally hit with the Getsuga Tensho. Ginjo shouts that Ichigo shouldn't think that he can be defeated with that power. Ichigo contemplates that power that he received from Rukia, Renji, Kenpachi, Byakuya, Toushiro, and Ikkaku. Then he realizes that he can also feel the power of others... Hirako Shinji, Matsumoto Rangiku, Unohana Retsu, Yamada Hanatarou, Shihoin Yoruichi, Urahara Kisuke, his father Kurosaki Isshin, and first division captain Yamamoto Genryusai Shigekuni. Renji comments that Ichigo must be feeling all of their power. Ichigo reminds him that the transferal of powers to humans was illegal, but Renji tells him that it was an order from Yamamoto. It is revealed that Urahara had told the division commanders about Ichigo's plight, and Yamamoto decided that they should save Ichigo, since he has saved them and Soul Society before. Yamamoto ordered all captains and vice-captains to transfer a portion of their reiatsu into the sword that Urahara brought. Toushiro told Ichigo that Yamamoto only made the decision because Ichigo had changed the way Soul Society thinks, and that he should bear his new power with pride. Suddenly, there is a great outburst of power behind Ichigo, and as he looks, Toushiro explains to him that there were two reason why they gave him his powers back. The first was to save him, and the other was because of a man who received the shinigami representative badge before Ichigo, then threw away his position and disappeared. The man was Ginjo Kuugo, the first substitute shinigami.
One Piece Chapter 636: The General From the Country of the Future
The fishmen pirates watch in dismay as the kraken, Surume, now follows the Straw Hat Pirates instead of their captain, Hody. Luffy tells Surume that they have to protect Princess Shirahoshi. Chopper decides to attack with the Unit 5 weapon, but the tank sinks into the ground. One of the fishmen pirates used "Daruma-fall" which creates holes in the ground. Franky asks what happened to the tank, arrives in the motorcycle Unit 4, but also falls into the hole. Franky throws out Chopper, Usopp and Nami from the hole, followed by Units 4. Enraged by Franky's action, the three asked what he was doing, and he tells them he will ride them both and that they should get out of the way. The two units combine to become the Iron Pirates' "General Franky", much to the delight of Luffy, Chopper and Usopp. He attacks the fishmen pirate with a swipe of the Fran-ken (sword), which the pirates dodge by leaping. While they are in midair, Franky attacks them with his shoulder cannon. After defeating a number of the pirates, the "General Franky" robot falls because of its weight. Meanwhile, a fishman pirate sneaks up on Nami, who counters with the newly improved clima-tac and its attack "Gust Sword", defeating the pirate. Usopp, no longer quite the coward, attacks with the "Bamboo Javelin" which causes bamboo stalks to shoot out of the ground, impaling the pirates. The citizens of the island watch as the Straw Hat Pirates fight with so much energy. Meanwhile, Daruma continues to create holes in the ground, but was suddenly thrown up the air by Chopper, who used his Horn Point. He reveals that he only uses the rumble ball for one transformation, no longer needing it for the other six, since he can transform into those points at will. It is revealed that while many of the fishmen pirates were defeated, that the Straw Hat hasn't killed any of them. Hody decides to talk to Surume, to convince the kraken to kill Shirahoshi. Hody reminds Surume that if he keeps betraying Hody, that the fishmen pirates would have to go to where the krakens live to kill them. Surume starts to strangle Shirahoshi, but Luffy tells him that he will protect his brethren for him. The fishmen pirate try to stop Luffy, but Zoro and Sanji take them down. As Luffy nears Hody, he disappears, then reappears with a kick to Hody's face. Meanwhile, the ship "Noah" moves toward Shirahoshi. The king and the princes watch, and the king tells them that the ship can't be moved until "the day it needs to come".
Katekyo Hitman Reborn! Chapter 350: Nightmare
Reborn dreams of times past. At a time before he became an Arcobaleno, Reborn enters his room, where Leon watches him from a potted plant and he peruses pictures on a wall. He realizes that he isn't alone, and points his gun at a shadowed figure. The strangely-dressed man tells him that as one of the world's best assassins, he really is worthy of being cold one of the strongest, and flips a clear pacifier up in the air. He tells Reborn that he is collecting the world's strongest "I Prescelti Sette". Reborn suddenly wakes up and points his gun at Tsuna, who had noticed he was having a nightmare and was trying to wake him up. Tsuna asks him what he was dreaming about, and Reborn told him that it was more a memory than a dream, and happened when he was more hard-boiled. Tsuna, thinking that it was another of Reborn's boasts, tells him that it was another big boast from a baby. Reborn told him that he had it all... skill, class, and women, and that he never thought that something like what happened after that could happen. He said that none of them wanted to become an Arcobaleno, but Tsuna was already asleep. Reborn continues to dream about his past and his conversation with the man. Reborn thought that it was a commissioned job, and went to the location on the map where he would meet the six others chosen by the man. Even in the dream, he thinks about how often he has had the same dream. At the meeting place, the others wait for him... Lal Mirch from the special unit, who would be later replaced by Colonelo: Fon, the martial artist capable of stopping a bullet with his bare hands; Verde, considered the second coming of Da Vinci; Skull, the invincible stuntman; Luce, the Esper Marmon and genjutsu manipulator, who would later be known as Viper; and Yuni's grandmother, a shaman with the gift of insight. All of them, except for are suddenly under separate spotlights, and their body starts to shrink, with everybody shouting that they thought it was a dream. Reborn, realizing that it was no ordinary dream, asks them what is happening. A man speaks to them from the shadows and then tells them that he made them experience the dream together, and that if they didn't believe his words, then they will know that what he says is true when they wake up. Fon asks him who he is, and the strangely dressed man appears. Remembering him as the man who led them to become Arcobalenos, they try to attack him, but found themselves unable to move. He tells them that he has come to tell them their purpose and make a proposition, relating to how they became Arcobalenos. They mysterious man asks them if they would like to solve the Curse of the Rainbow.
Hunter X Hunter Chapter 313: A Single Word
Meryem savagely eats his next meal starting with the head. Moments before, Welfin realizes that he will be eaten alive. He also realizes that he doesn't want to die and scrambles to think of a way to survive. He utters one word... "Komugi". Pufu looks on in shock, as Meryem remembers the girl he played with. Pufu despairs, knowing that the King had realized his subterfuge. Tears fall down his face as he is once again reminded of how the King valued the human. The King bids him to continue his search to find Pitou, to which he can only nod his head in assent. Meryem asks Welfin where he can find the Komugi, and tells him that he will be free to go wherever he chooses if he tells the truth. Welfin tells him where to go, but as Meryem walks away, he shouts that Gyro, his brother, is the only king he recognizes and Meryem is an enemy. Meryem tells him that he would have wanted to meet with Gyro and that he would have wanted to live as a human. Meryem walks away and Pufu cries at his king's words.
Fairy Tail Chapter 247: Right Beside Each Other
Happy, Charle and Lily leave the vent to have a closer look at what they discovered, but their voices were heard by members of Grimoire Heart who were left guarding the ship. Lily distracts the Grimoire Heart guild members, and instructs Happy and Charle to destroy the source of power of the ship. Lily gets a Musica sword, which can change shape. Meanwhile, Natsu, Lucy, Erza, Gray and Wendy continue to be overwhelmed by Hades' power. Hades furthers tells them that in order to achieve great magic, he had to sink to its deepest recesses, and that by awakening Zeref, he can finally achieve the "Magic of One". He invokes the hidden magic "Nemesis", summoning strange creatures from the rubble of the ship. The members of Fairy Tail feel fear, and Lucy hugs Natsu tightly. Natsu stands up, telling his comrades that fear isn't evil, but actually teaches them their own weakness, and that they should be strong and do something to face it. Natsu also tells them that with comrades at his side, there is nothing to fear. Everyone gets up on their feet and meet the summoned beasts to fight. As they run, Natsu stumbles, but was caught by Lucy and Wendy before he could fall to the ground. They throw him forward, and Gray and Erza does the same as he flies by, propelling him towards Hades. A big explosion is emitted from the Grimoire Heart ship.
History's Strongest Disciple Kenichi Chapter 443: Selfishness
The palace burns around them, and the members of Yami watching in the shadows laugh at Suzuki's dowfall and bid Hongo and Sakaki to fight each other. Sakaki fights him, unable to forgive Hongo. Sakaki shouts at him that he had talked to a doctor, who confirmed that if Suzuki stopped fighting with karate and stopped doing reckless things, he would have lived longer. He asked Hongo if he knew that Suzuki taught children karate in an institution, and that he would have wanted Suzuki to be someone who taught others. The Yami members told Sakaki that Hongo understood that Suzuki wanted to die as a martial artist. Sakaki answered that he just wanted him to live. Hongo tells him that he is selfish. They continue to fight, and Hongo tells Sakaki that he can't defeat him unless he tries to kill him. Sakaki tells him that no one will be killed, and that he will just beat Hongo until he is defeated, giving Yami their answer that he will follow Katsujinken. Sakaki attacks with Shinchi Sekantsuki and Hongo with Dankuu Shuutouguri. Both attacks hit, revealing that it was the cause for Sakaki's scar accross his face crossing the bridge of his nose, and Hongo's scar on the side of his face. In the present time, Kenichi and Miu are nearly blown away by the intensity of Sakaki and Hongo's fight. Hongo comments that Sakaki still won't use a certain kill move in their fight, to which Sakaki tells him that he will stick to Katsujinken until he defeats him. Hongo tells him that he is still selfish.
The World God Only Knows Chapter 154: Play the Game
Katsuragi intends to keep Ayumi close with the "Sick Event". Ayumi tells him to rest, and as he pretends to doze off to sleep, he tells her that he would like for her to stay with him longer. Although flustered at his words, she tells him that she doesn't mind staying. Suddenly, the doorbell rang. Katsuragi tells Ayumi to pretend no one's home, but Ryo calls out that another girl arrived. Katsuragi look out the window to see Chihiro standing outside with an embarrassed look on her face. Ayumi goes out of his room to open the door. Katsuragi tries to stop her by coughing a lot, to prevent her and Chihiro to see each other. He wills Ryo not to let Chihiro in the house, but was unfortunately disappointed when Ryo lets her in. As Chihiro goes up the stairs, Katsuragi becomes desperate and rushes Chihiro to his bed, telling her to be quiet. Chihiro finds Katsuragi in his room, with Ayumi hiding under the comforter beside him. Chihiro tells him that she's there to drop off Elsie's score sheet, and then notices that Katsuragi looks unwell. He asks Chihiro to get him some medicine, giving Ayumi a chance to breathe. Ayumi confronts Katsuragi why she had to hide, and he answers that it would be embarrassing if they were seen together. Chihiro comes back, forcing Ayumi to hide under the comforter again, this time in a more compromising position. Chihiro stays longer, forcing Ayumi to stay longer under the comforter and embraced by Katsuragi. Katsuragi decides that he can make the use of their situation to max out both girls' love points.
